It all depends on how many players would have the trainer and how many players are really good enough to play on the computer. Most teams want a rule about 12 people, but never 14-15. In this way they can fit consistently in practice.

In the past year, not many people know test for our team. We had 10 girls in our JV team and 9 girls in the Varsity. This year is obviously not going to prove too many young girls, is the more players and less time to play.

  2. It depends on your coach (es) as the age of the list back. If the school has the most older people, a good coach should also learn some young talent and experience of college and offensively or defensively. I would think the first year squad 10-15 max and that's generous

  3. As I high school volleyball, was my goal of 12 players per team. Sometimes it took 13 or 14 but 12 is ideal.

I think they should focus more on their own preparation for the test not on what coaches can do well to concentrate. Coaches differ in style and substance, as the players.

Since there are only 6 players on the field at once, say they have backup, select the girls, 13-16. Some girls are good enough to go the JV or V, there are several openings in general.

  7. 10-15 newcomers in the team, but some girls go to PE or university, open spaces.

  8. Rule 12 and not more than 15 years. The same is true for almost every team in volleyball.

  10. Depending on the coach, and how much you want on your computer.
When I was a novice, we had 12-13 players in the team.
